This very weekend kicks off the fall anime season, and it starts strong with several heavyweights. ‘Spy x Family’ has become one of the series of the year after the broadcast of the first part of the anime in spring, and to prepare for its return this weekend, its new opening has already been revealed.
New main theme… and new member in the family
How was it coming, the new batch of episodes of ‘Spy x Family’ will have a new opening sequence and it is quite a beauty. In addition to seeing Loid in his role as a spy, the opening also gives more importance to Yor in murderous mode and gives us a lot of very, very cute moments of the whole Forger family together.
Bump-of-Chickenwho already took care of the main theme for the first chapters, sound again with the theme ‘Souvenir’. The ending has not been revealed yet, although if we have a new opening it is very possible that we will also have a new sequence for the credits.
And following in the footsteps of so many other animes before this one, for those who watch only the series without following the manga, it comes with the small spoiler that the Forgers are going to have a new member.
While the first half of the season ‘Spy x Family‘ was an introduction to each member of the family and their dynamics, this one looks like it’s going to focus more on secret missions and how Loid, Yor and Anya can do their best (albeit secretly),
The new chapters of ‘Spy x Family‘ can be seen in Crunchyroll starting next October 1st, with a new chapter every week. The first batch of the season will begin to be broadcast in Spanish also from next month.
