The cast of villains from the animated series Spider-Man: Freshman Year continues to take shape, and Kingpin arrives to its ranks, whose voice will be that of Vincent D’Onofrio
One of the most anticipated returns to Marvel Studios productions was that of Kingpin, who entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and in addition to confirming his appearance in series like Echo and Daredevil: Born Again, Wilson Fisk will be one of the villains to that Spider-Man will face in his animated series.

Vincent D’Onofrio debuted in the ranks of Marvel Studios in the first season of Hawkeye, in an appearance that excited the fans of the House of Ideas, who will have more news of Kingpin in the MCU.
The Cosmic Circus site reports that Vincent D’Onofrio will lend his voice to Kingpin in the animated series Spider-Man: Freshman Year. Wilson Fisk is one of the targets pursued by Daredevil, who will also appear in the new Spidey series.
As SMASH reported to you at the time, within the framework of the San Diego Comic-Con it was confirmed that Daredevil will be one of the several characters that will appear in this animated proposal from Marvel Studios that adds to other series such as X-Men ’97 , Marvel Zombies and the second season of What If…?
Classic villains like Scorpion, Chameleon, Tombstone, Rhino and Norman Osborn will be present, as well as allies like Amadeus Cho and Doctor Strange, the latter is unknown if Benedict Cumberbatch will lend his voice to the animated version of the Sorcerer Supreme.
