Samuel L Jackson has played agent Nick Fury in several films in the Marvel Universe, and now he has spoken out against the comments that the director Quentin Tarantino He did about the films produced by those studios and the actors who star in them, since according to him they are not true movie stars.
interviewed on the show The viewJackson was openly critical of Tarantino’s statements, saying: “It takes an actor to be those particular characters, and the sign of movie stardom has always been what, butts in the seats? What are we talking about? It’s not a big controversy for me to know that apparently those actors are movie stars. Chadwick Boseman is Black Panther. You can’t refute that, and he’s a movie star.”
Samuel had more than 20 movies in by the time he did his first job with Tarantino, pulp fictionwhich brought him world fame in 1994. He has worked five more times with the director, who declared that Hollywood was “Marveling” and that until now he has not ruled on Jackson’s opinion on the popular television show.
