The actor Robert Downey Jr. is very interested in starring in a remake of the movie “Vertigo”which was directed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1958 and which is considered one of the best in the history of cinema.
“Vertigo” is a thriller about John Ferguson, a detective with a fear of heights after an accident; however, he must face that suffering when he is assigned to follow a woman. The main role in the tape was played by James Stewart, and now Downey Jr. is in deals to do it in this new version; the script will be written by Steven Knight.
Robert will also serve as a producer on this film, along with his wife. susan downey. After appearing in eight films based on Marvel Comics characters, the actor has not had major projects, but he has one of the main roles in the blockbuster “Openheimer”directed by Christopher Nolan and that will be released in the United States on July 21.
