Actress Reese Witherspoon, who is remembered for her role in the movie ‘Legally Blonde’, got rid of the mansion she had in Nashville, Tennessee, in an off-market operation.
The property, which she and her husband, Jim Toththey bought in 2018, was sold for $7.4 million dollars, almost double what they paid at the time.
The new owner of the residence, built in 1937, is the veteran music producer Randy Wachtler.
Despite its age, the house looks like it used to be in its best days, as it was recently remodeled, as we could see on ‘Get Organized with the Home Edit’, a Netflix reality show.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, it has 8,399 square feetwith six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
It also enjoys, along its two floors of construction, a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a dining room, a living room, a main room, an office, a solarium, and balconies, among other rooms.
The kitchen, which is open and somewhat large, is equipped with brown cabinets, high-end appliances and a central island that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast bar.
Outside, on his lot 1.23 acreshas a terrace, with green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area and trampoline, with a bonfire, among other amenities.
