renowned film director Francis Ford Coppola He used to spend long periods on a private island in Belize, however, his escapades could be a thing of the past due to the change that the paradisiacal place could have.
According to the Mansion Global portal, which was the medium that released the news of its sale, the island is being offered by its owner, the lawyer Terry Tao, for $2.195 million dollars.
The island, known as coral cayenjoys an extension of 2.5 acres and it is accessed after a trip of about 25 minutes by boat leaving the Belizean community of Placencia.
In addition to attracting attention for its extensive green areas, the island also does so because the future owner will also own a main house and two secondary ones. Together they have 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The main house, which is being offered with everything and furniture, is equipped with a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a bar, game rooms, among other rooms.
The beach area where it is located is famous because its waters are home to a famous coral reef, where you can dive, snorkel and do all kinds of water activities.
