Prince Harry returned to the public arena after the recent eviction of Frogmore Cottage, the residence he occupied in the United Kingdom with his wife, Meghan Markle. The young son of Carlos III seems to be focused on looking for alternatives to reorient his life away from the British Royal House; this time he will opt for a “public” therapy.
In this context, the prince decided to participate in a virtual event organized by his publisher, Penguin Random Housewhich promises to be of great interest to all those interested in mental health and personal healing.
Harry in this talk will share his personal experiences and answer questions from attendees about his childhood traumas, together with an expert therapist in the field, the Canadian doctor and author Gabor Maté.
The event will take place this Saturday, March 4. and it has so far generated great expectations among the followers of the Dukes of Sussex, Harry and Meghan, who seek to know details about what their life was like as British royalty.
Tickets to virtual therapy are priced at 30 euros, that translates to $33.99 dollars, and can be purchased on the Penguin Random House website. Cost includes: admission to the event, a copy of ‘Spare’, Harry’s memoir; in addition to the possibility of being able to ask the youngest son of the late Diana of Wales a question.
This public appearance by Harry will take place at a time when the prince and his wife are in a delicate situation. Just a few days ago, it was confirmed that King Charles III evicted them from Frogmore Cottage.
As reported by the British media, The monarch wants this residence to no longer have any links with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and plans to hand over the keys to the house to his brother, Prince Andrew.
This decision of the king has been received with surprise and bewilderment by the couple. Some of their friends affirm that it is a “final and cruel punishment” to remove them from the scene permanently after the publication of the couple’s series on Netflix and later the controversial book.
According to Gabor Maté, his partner in the talk, this public conversation can help foster greater openness around issues of personal healing and fighting the stigma of mental illness, to help eliminate the prejudices that still exist on this topic.
The truth of all this is that Harry’s followers are attentive to what he will say and how he will develop in this talk with the expert therapist in childhood trauma.
