The famous television presenter Oprah Winfrey68, recently sold, in two separate operations, his luxurious mansion in Montecitoin California.
The property, for which in 2021 he paid $10.5 million dollarswould have been divided in two, which helped him increase his profits considerably, as evidenced by the deals he closed recently.
The main house was sold to Jennifer Aniston for $14.8 million dollarswhile the two secondary ones were acquired by Bob Greenehis personal trainer, after paying $2.3 million dollars. The joint sale was completed in $17.1 million dollars.
In just a year and a half, a profit of more than $6 million dollars. There is no doubt that Oprah is successful on television and in real estate.
The reasons why the house increased considerably in price are unknown, since the sales were closed in operations outside the market, so it is not known how much it did to them at this time.
The main residence, Tuscan-style and built in 1998, has an extension of 4,320 square feetwith four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, office, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 1.03 acresAniston has a terrace, extensive green areas, a guest house, a gym, parking for up to 15 cars, among other amenities.
