Hasbro launches a voting campaign among fans of MONOPOLY of all the world.
The leading board game brand, which is enjoyed by more than one billion players in 114 countries, comes with a campaign where the public will be the protagonist.
In this campaign, fans of monopoly they will have the opportunity to change the classic board game: they will be able to decide which iconic pawn from their childhood returns to the board and which current pawn leaves forever.
Starting April 28, fans around the world will be able to vote for the pawn they would like to see in the next edition of the MONOPOLY game. Voting will last three weeks and will be active until May 20 on the website monopolytokenvote.com
The fan-chosen pawn will be included in a revamped version of the classic board game MONOPOLY, hitting shelves in spring 2023 worldwide.
Players will be able to rescue one of the iconic pawns that they will surely remember fondly from their childhood family games: the thimble, the iron, the wheelbarrow, the horse and its rider, the boot or the bag of money… just you can win one!
The pawns that will be voted out of the game are those that appear in the current classic board game: the dog, the cat, the top hat, the rubber duck, the boat, the penguin, the T- Rex or the race car. You decide which one will leave the game forever…
