Actor Bradley Cooper, 48, decided to launch the historic house he owns in the Venice area of Los Angeles to the highest bidder.
The residence, which was built in 1921, was acquired by the also director, in 2004, after disbursing $1,200,000 dollars and now he is selling it in $2,400,000 dollars.
If he still sells his home at the amount thought, Cooper would double the amount he paid less than 20 years ago.
According to the technical sheet, released by various specialized media in the sale of real estate, the interiors of the property were carried out by the famous architect Santillane de Chanaleille and enjoys an extension of 1,571 square feet.
It also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a laundry room, a garage, among other rooms.
The kitchen is semi-open and not so wide. It is equipped with white cabinets, with stainless steel appliances and a bar that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area.
The main bedroom has room for a large bed and a sitting area. It also has a closet, a full bathroom and a window with access to the garden area.
Outside, on his lot .13 acreshas a terrace, green areas, fireplace, barbecue area, fountain, hot tub, among other amenities.
