The singer Gene Simmons, who is part of the KISS group, finally got rid of the mansion he bought in Las Vegas and to which his family refused to move after announcing his flight from California, being tired of the high taxes paid in the state.
The property, for which you paid $10,800,000 dollars in 2020, it was sold a few hours ago in $11,000,000 dollars, so his profit margin was really nil. The operation included the three-story house, for which he paid $8,200,000 dollars; as well as the adjacent lot, for which he paid $2,600,000 dollars.
The figure received by Simmons was well below the $15,000,000 dollars that he intended to receive, in the fall of 2021, when he first announced it for sale. He later promoted it by $11,800,000 of dollars.
The house, according to what we could see in the technical file, has an extension of 10,871 square feetwith six bedrooms, with six bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
The residence is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, cinema room, games room, bar, aquarium, laundry room, among other rooms.
Although the interiors are very pretty and blend in with the exterior thanks to their glass walls, it is the exteriors that take the spotlight.
From what we could find out, in the garden area there are large green areas, a koi fish pond, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a terrace, a fireplace, among other amenities.
