South African comedian Trevor Noah, 38, recently decided to part with the luxurious penthouse he owns in New York City.
The former presenter of ‘The Daily Show’ acquired the property, in 2017, for $10 million dollarshowever, is now offering it for $12.95 million dollars.
The apartment is located inside the Stella Towera historic building that was built in 1927 by the famous architect Ralph Walker and that combines the style of pre-war and modernism.
Despite its age, the house looks like it did in its best days, since Trevor made a drastic transformation during his stay in the place.
His penthouse, which is distributed over two floors, has an extension of 3,600 square feetwith three bedrooms, with 3.5 bathrooms, with a hall, with a kitchen, with a dining room, with a living room, with a main room, a cinema room, an office, a laundry room, among other rooms.
Outside there is a terrace of about 1,000 square feet of extensionwhich has a bar and a swimming pool with its respective spa area.
