The Californian socialite Kim Kardashian, 42, decided to relaunch the penthouse she owns in the Calabasas area for sale and which has been searching for new owners for some years.
The property, which is located on the 72nd floor of the exclusive Avanti condominium, was put on the market for $2,700,000.
The requested figure is below the $3,500,000 dollars that he intended to receive in November 2019, but well above the $1,600,000 dollars which he paid in the summer of 2017.
According to the technical file, released by various specialized media, the apartment of the former de Kanye West has an extension of 2,600 square feetwith three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, among other rooms.
In the common areas, the future owners and the rest of the residents have access to a terrace, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, a gym, a barbecue area, a bonfire, a parking lot for guests, among other amenities.
