Boris Johnson, who was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, has his sights set on acquiring a historic and million-dollar mansion in oxfordshire.
The property, which was built in 1605 and is known under the name of Brightwell Handr, has all the luxuries and comforts that we can imagine.
According to the Mansion Global portal, the politician would have already reached an agreement to acquire the property, for the amount of $4,600,000 dollars. The purchase would take place in the coming weeks.
In addition to being attractive for having been built more than 400 years ago, the house is also attractive because it would have been built on a lot that previously housed a castle that was ordered to be built by King Stephen around the year 1150.
In its time, the Brightwell Manor became the tallest building in the community, which caused some noise, because at that time there could not be buildings taller than churches, so its owner had a tower built on the st agatha and the matter was settled.
According to the technical file, the property had last changed owners in 1971 and has an extension of 8,128 square feet.
It has nine bedrooms, with five bathrooms, with a hall, with a kitchen, with a dining room, with a living room, with a main room, with a family room, with a study, with a music room, with a laundry room, with a garage, with a space to remove boots and raincoats, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 4.88 acresthe property has a terrace, immense green areas, a tennis court, a walled garden, fruit trees, a pond, a guest house, a double garage, a stable, among other amenities.
