Charlize Theron is looking for new owners for her modest bungalow in California.

South African actress Charlize Theron, 47, decided to put up for sale the hundred-year-old bungalow she owns in the neighborhood of beverly grovesouth of West Hollywood.
The residence, which dates back to 1925 and is in the Spanish architectural style, was launched on the market by the celebrity in $2 million dollars.
The requested figure is higher than the nearly $1.5 million dollars that she paid, in the spring of 2000, for the old property.
According to information from various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the “little house” has an extension of 1,539 square feetwith two bedrooms, with a full bathroom and a half bathroom.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, laundry room, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
The kitchen is semi-open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a bar that doubles as a breakfast nook.
The main bedroom, from which you have a view of the garden, has space for a large bed and a living room. It also has a dressing table, a toilet and a bathtub with a transparent screen.

Outside, on his lot 0.14 acreshas a terrace, with green areas and a swimming pool.
