We are filing details for next month, because the spring anime season starts in April. Several long-awaited action shonen releases arrive and one of the most promising series is ‘Mashle: Magic and Muscles’.
The anime adapts the manga from hajime komoto and it’s a huge hit in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, so there are pretty high expectations for the series.
Magic and brute force, two for one
We already know that we will be able to follow the series in simulcast through Crunchyroll, with a new chapter in Japanese subtitled available every week almost as it is broadcast in Japan.
The premiere of ‘Mashle‘ for next month, and the rush is over The anime starts on April 7.. It is not yet known for sure how long it will be, but taking into account that the manga already has 15 compiled volumes, we can point to a first season of 12 or 24 chapters… And that, of course, is not going to close the story completely .
The plot of ‘Mashle‘ is set in a world where almost everyone has magic, and their abilities determine their status within society. Still, there are some people like Mash Burnedead that they are born without magic and things don’t come easy to them, but to make up for her lack of powers, Mash trains a lot and won’t let anything stop her from making her way through the Magic Academy that she begins to attend.
