During her stay in the state of Arizona, the renowned interpreter rented an incredible mansion for $500,000 dollars a week.
Although this detail was already known, what was unknown was the identity of the owner and how the negotiations went so that the woman born in Barbados could spend her nights in that magical place.
The owner of the place is Spyro Malaspinas, a cybersecurity expert, who acquired the property, according to The Wall Street Journal, in 2022 after disbursing $7,300,000 dollars.
The house was not for rent at the time when a firm, which used to work with Malaspinas, approached him to start negotiations, and it was not until much later that he found out that the interpreter was his tenant for a few days.

According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale and rental of real estate, the house where RiRi stayed is valued at $7,300,000 dollars and was built in 1990.

The kitchen is very spacious and semi-open. It is equipped with brown cabinets, high-end appliances and a central island that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area.
The main bedroom has space for a large bed and a living room, as well as a dressing room and a bathroom with two vanities, a toilet, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
Outside, on his lot 1.04 acresRihanna and her family enjoyed a patio, a pool with its respective spa area, an interior garden, fountains, a bonfire, a barbecue area, among other amenities.
