After a few moments of speculation, one of the mysteries that the first trailer for ‘Ahsoka’ left us has finally been revealed. He Grand Admiral Thrawnaka Heir to the Empire, will be played by someone already familiar to fans of Star Wars: Lars Mikkelsen.
The Danish actor will return to play the villain, whose purpose in life is to coordinate all efforts to restore the galactic Empire. He will return because he already gave him a voice in ‘Star Wars: Rebels’, dave filoni animated series which is already being shown as a must-view before this new fiction, which will arrive on Disney + in August.
A signing that, although it was seen coming, is somewhat curious because Mikkelsen was denying his participation in the series with the classics until recently “haven’t heard anything yet”, “they should have contacted me”etc.
A threat to the very republic
‘Ahsoka’ stars Rosario Dawson as the titular character who investigates a major threat to the well-being of the still-in-fancy New Republic. Presumably, the facts of this series, along with ‘The Mandalorian’ and other works by Filoni and Jon Favreau will come together in the recently confirmed new Star Wars movie.
In addition to Mikkelsen and Dawson, the cast of the series is made up of Natasha Liu Bordizzo like Sabine Wren eman esfandi like Ezra Bridger mary elizabeth winstead as Hera Syndulla, Genevieve O’Reilly like Mon Mothma, ray stevenson as Baylan Skolland, Ivanna Sakhno like Shinhati, Diana Lee Inosanto like Morgan Elsbeth and david tennant like Huyang.
