One more time, kalimba is in the eye of the hurricane, not only because of the controversy over the denunciation of Melissa Galindo for alleged sexual abuse, if not also for a recent revelation regarding his mental health.
The interpreter of “Se te olvidó” confessed that he suffers from bipolar disorder in the second degree and is currently receiving the appropriate treatment.
“I am diagnosed bipolar… I have bipolar in the second degree,” Kalimba told the youtuber King Luisito and he reiterated that he does not have the prejudices that surround this condition.
Kalimba exposes symptoms of his mental illness
In the aforementioned interview, Kalimba opened up about how his mental illness and its symptoms have affected him personally.
“Being bipolar is not that suddenly you are good and suddenly bad,” added the member of OV7 and explained that it is a disease in which emotions are experienced in an excessive way.
“Euphoric, literally, instead of being happy, I was euphoric, everything was wonderful, spectacular, and instead of being sad, I was depressed,” he concluded.
