Every star worthy of being carries at least one urban legend behind him, and the one that chases Jon Hamm claims that the ‘Mad Men’ wardrobe department had to force him to wear something under his pants because his huge member was visible under the suits of the 60s that he wore in the series when he was in a commando plan.
In their last interview they couldn’t resist asking him about those rumors and he was shocked to discover them.
“I’ve worn underwear every day of my life, who doesn’t wear underwear?” He confessed to presenter Howard Stern.
Incidentally, he has even clarified what type of briefs he likes the most: boxers, but not too tight: “I love comfortable ones… I like breathable cotton.”
In the case of this 51-year-old actor, the line between person and character has been blurred to such an extent that it is impossible for him to shake the magnetism that Don Draper radiated on the small screen. However, he insists that his attractiveness has never been an asset in his professional career, or at least he has never tried to play it to his advantage.
“Being handsome or whatever, it’s obviously so subjective… Someone can be very handsome to one person… and another doesn’t even look twice, so I’ve never had that feeling,” he says humbly.
