The couple made up of John Legend and Chrissy Teigen tried to sell, more than a year ago and for $16.8 million dollars, his imposing mansion in Beverly Hillsbut at the last moment the potential buyer backed down and the negotiation did not prosper.
Despite that failed attempt, the couple returned to the charge a few days ago and put it up for sale again, only now for $17.85 million dollars.
Although it is true, the figure is higher than what was intended a year ago, what John and Chrissy requested is less than what they asked for, in August 2020, when they announced it by $23.95 million dollars.
The house, which in the past belonged to the Barbadian interpreter Rihanna, was acquired by the couple in $14.1 million dollars.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the mansion has an extension 8,500 square feetwith seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, piano room, TV room, movie theater, gym, balconies, laundry room, garage, among other rooms.
Outside, it has a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with a barbecue area, with a bonfire, a pergola, with beautiful views of the canyons, among other amenities.
