At a price of 2 euros 125 grams, it is worth knowing if this cold cut is healthy and contains high quality ingredients. Despite being a product that already existed a few years ago (along with Polloninos), Campofrío has decided to re-launch it to try to gel among common purchases.
Ingredients and nutritional value
The list of ingredients for the Jamoninos is quite striking due to the presence of pork ham: «Pork ham (57%), water, salt, starch, soy protein, sugar, stabilizers (E-451, E450), gelling agents (E-407, E-412), antioxidant (E-316), aromas, chloride potassium, aroma, dye (E-120) and preservative (E-250)«.
Only 57% is cold cuts from pork ham, so it is not a little processed or natural product. Contrary to what happens with the Babybel, these cheeses contain only 4 ingredients and are necessary to make any type of cheese.
On the other hand, in every 100 grams of Jamoninos we find the following nutrients:

They are healthy?

In this way we ensure that most of the product comes from the animal that is advertised.
