On this occasion, a meeting with the British Prime Minister, Liz Truss, at Buckingham Palace, with cameras and microphones on, could be heard as, just after welcoming King Charles III, the leader can be seen saying: “Your Majesty… .Delighted to see you again.” “Yes, again, my goodness… well,” he replies, with apparent reluctance, which has led to the belief that the descendant of Elizabeth II is not finding it entirely pleasant to be king.
Truss: “Your Majesty… Lovely to see you again.”
King: “Back again. Dear oh dear. De todas formas…”
This is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen. 😂😂pic.twitter.com/ENP8pPl9kO

This fragment of the video broadcast on social networks has been accompanied by multiple reactions and jokes towards Carlos III in his new functions.
This scene becomes relevant, just days after Buckingham Palace announced that the coronation of King Charles III will take place on May 6, 2023 at Westminster Abbey in London, in this historic ceremony in which it will be designated as queen consort Camila, albeit at an event with measured pomp and pageantry.
Buckingham has made it public knowledge that the ceremony will combine “long-standing” traditions while “reflecting the role of the monarch today” with a look “to the future”.
This appointment will be presided over and blessed by the Archbishop of Canterbury, it is contemplated that it will not last for almost three hours as happened in that of Elizabeth II, in addition to having a shorter list of guests, according to sources from the BBC.
The appointment for the coronation will also coincide with the fourth birthday of his great-grandson Archie, son of his grandson Enrique and Meghan Marckle, the Dukes of Sussex who live in California, United States and who have had several unkind episodes with the royal house in the last dates.
