“El Bombón Asesino” went to her kitchen to teach how to prepare and reserve a healthy dinner option for several days, something that according to her she applies regularly because she is very organized with her “fitness” life.

Dressed in a white crop top with an opening above the breasts and lilac lycra pantsthe actress recorded the kitchen clip to leave her three-day dinners ready, ensuring that to be “’fit we have to be practical”.

In the audiovisual material, the remembered ‘Alma Rey’ from the soap opera ‘Rebelde’ began to say the necessary ingredients for the preparation and among them there was one that she could not say in Spanish, something that was funny to her and that is why she shared it.

“There are 4 egg whites for each dinner, 30 grams of oats, one stevia (envelope), a teaspoon of… ‘Almond Flour’… Oh, I don’t know… eeeh mmm… Ayyy, I don’t know in Spanish. This does happen, don’t stain, mmm”he said gracefully assuring that he was going to have to re-record it all over again.

Then the person who was recording her, drowning in laughter, told her that the ingredient she forgot was “almond flour” and Ninel was able to continue saying the ingredients she was missing, which were “a teaspoon of Matcha tea and a tablespoon of almond milk, and also cinnamon to taste”.

Having the daily mixes for his ‘matcha pancakes’, he proceeded to grease the kitchen pans he would use with avocado oil spray and a kitchen brush.

After having their dinner ready, she showed that she put some sugar-free strawberry jam and sugar-free chocolate syrup on them. To end her cooking video, she said that “it’s that easy” to make a “healthy, quick and delicious dinner.”
