The boy was apparently suspended suddenly for “misconduct.” His mother decided to take action on the matter.
When a child is beginning their education, it is normal for them to present behaviors that are out of the ordinary and to some extent hyperactive. We are talking about children who have their first interaction with the world outside their home, socializing with people outside their family circle. If we talk about primary school, this will be a space that can destabilize them, since it is supposed to be a little more strict than the environment full of kindergarten games.
In childhood, children do not manage to visualize the whole panorama, they are interested in having fun, not in the fact that if they get a 9 they will not be able to enter the university or that they may not obtain diplomas.
A few months ago, the case of a child who can no longer attend classes was reported. The boy’s teacher suspended him and sent him home with no apparent explanation.

Ángel C is a first grade student at María Candelaria Venegas Trevor No. 2 elementary school in the afternoon shift. The minor exposed his case through his mother’s Twitter account, which she decided to take action on the matter. Scarlett Paola RiosÁngel’s mother asked the school, teacher and principal to allow her son to return to class.
Scarlett went to the State Human Rights Commission to denounce what happened at this school in Hermosillo, Mexico.
“I made a formal and personal request to the director last Thursday (so that) she give a letter (about) why my son was denied access to the campus, and she refused to give it to me. I made a document which I presented to her requesting the same thing and she still refused to give it to me, ”said the mother about the request sent to the director María de los Ángeles Zárate.

The argument that the teacher presented to suspend Ángel was that he presented behavioral problems. However, this fact directly violates article 3 of the Constitution of the United States of Mexico. Therefore, they are already planning to take the case to the Secretary of Education and Culture of Sonora: Aaron Grajeda Bustamante.
Added to this, the minor’s mother requested a report detailing the exact reasons why her son does not have access to classes. To further publicize the case, the little boy held up a sign in front of the school with the legend: “I want to study, the teacher and principal won’t let me in, because I’m naughty: I just want to learn.”
