This is exactly what happened to Estefanía, a girl who decided to tell her story with an unexpected ending through her TikTok account @estefychescia. In the video, she recounts that one day at work she wore a dress and heels, but she tripped and rolled down the stairs, so she decided to fake a faint at the shame that she “saw everything” under the dress her.
According to Estefanía, there were many important people at work, so not wanting to stop after such humiliation, she decided to close her eyes and pretend that she was passed out, thinking that they would just wait for her to wake up and everything would continue as normal, but this did not happen.
The girl says that everything started to happen very quickly and when she least expected it, the paramedics were already loading her onto a stretcher and then taking her to the hospital, which, by the way, was one of the most expensive in the city.

Once in the hospital, after her mother arrived, the girl was able to confess the truth to her. She told him that she was fine, but that she was sorry to get up from the fall and that she didn’t think it would escalate that much. However, her mother informed her that the doctors were carrying out some medical examinations, from which she had to wait for the results.
After some time, a doctor came in and told her that the studies showed that she had to have an emergency operation due to the presence of stones in her gallbladder. This completely took Estefanía and her family by surprise, as it is definitely an unexpected ending.

Fortunately, everything went well in the surgery and now everything has remained as one more anecdote of her life, and although the girl says that she swore to take that secret to the grave, now it is all over the Internet, since today it accumulates almost three million reproductions.
