Is it true that the customer is always right? We say this for a TikTok user who went viral after she uploaded a very upset video with a store for not wanting to change her damaged windbreaker jacket.
So far everything normal, because even we got angry with the brand, until the woman mentioned that she bought the garment in 2019, for which the store did not want to make a change, since more than two years had passed since she bought it. This is where everyone was impressed with the peculiar demand of the woman who says she is “outraged” with the store.
In the video, the woman identified as Karmen López mentions that she bought the jacket before the covid-19 pandemic began and that is why she had not used it even eight times, which is why she believes she deserves an exchange or refund.
While Karmen explains her “tragedy” and shows the damaged garment, she narrates that she is a very good client of the brand and that it is not fair that they ignore her, since it is an expensive and quality brand. She even at the end of the video asks for the opinion of the users, because she is very outraged and hopes for the support of the people when trying to “burn” the company.
However, instead of gaining support, the only thing he received from netizens was a lot of ridicule for his attitude. And it is that nobody could believe that the woman asked for such a thing, being that almost logically no store would pay attention to her if she has already spent so much time with the clothes.
