LGBTQ+ Pride Month has already begun and, somehow, life is painted in colors like the rainbow, that is why today we wanted to share the story of the young woman who graduated from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) and attended to her delivery of letters dressed as drag queen.
This is Shirley Méndez Alderete, a young woman who received ovations from the LGBTQ+ community when she saw how she attended the ceremony dressed in which she celebrated having graduated with a law degree.
Shirley, best known for her character drag queen like “Shulaska”, she is a young woman who is characterized by breaking stereotypes all the time, especially because there are those who have the idea that women cannot do drag.
That is why the young woman considered it appropriate to attend this ceremony that was so important to her with her characteristic make-up and attire, for which many of the attendees celebrated her authenticity. It was Shirley herself who shared the moment on her Instagram account.

In addition to this, Shirley also took the opportunity to thank all the people who have supported her directly or indirectly during the five years in which she studied her career.
