The actor and comedian Bob Saget, who died a little over a year ago, returned to the news a few hours ago after it was revealed that the mansion he owned in Brentwood, California had already been sold.
The property that was originally released for sale by $7,765,000 dollarswas sold in only $5,400,000 dollars.
Despite the considerable reduction in its price, the figure obtained was higher than the $2,870,000 dollars which the comedian also paid in 2003. The operation closed on February 23.
According to the technical sheet, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence was built in 1964 and renovated in 2003, just when it passed into the hands of Saget.
The property has an extension of 6,608 square feetwith six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
