The house, which belongs to the investor Leonid Smirnovhas a market value of $21,500,000 dollarsor at least that’s the amount he paid for it in 2019.
The property, which is in Tuscan style and was built in 1995, has an area of 14,061 square feetwith seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, one 3/4 bathroom and five half bathrooms, so it has more than enough space to satisfy the needs of the also socialite, who is married to Carter Rheum and has a son, who was born in early 2023 through surrogacy.
According to the data sheet, the house also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, family room, study, bar, TV room, billiards room, laundry room, garages for several vehicles, balconies, among other rooms.
The main bedroom, located on the upper floor, has space for a large bed and a sitting area. It also has a double bathroom, with a double walk-in closet and a balcony overlooking the garden.
