Barbadian singer Rihanna, 35, who last April bought a penthouse for $21,000,000 dollarsdecided to put up for sale the Tudor-style mansion that he had owned since March 2021.
The property, for which you paid $10,000,000 dollarswas launched on the market by $10,500,000 dollarsso your profit margin will be minimal.

The house, built in 1939 and in the Tudor style, has an extension of 3,549 square feet and is located on a plot of .46 acres.
Inside it has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, family room, that is, it is a house like any other in the area, so you will have to be aware of the use it will give you.
The master suite is very spacious, with room for a large bed and a sitting area. Inside the room there is a fireplace, so Rihanna will never suffer from the cold.
