Shazam!: Fury of the Gods has already received its classification to hit theaters in March 2023
In 2023 magic will return to the DC Universe with Shazam Fury of the Gods, a film that will follow in the footsteps of Billy Batson, which already has an official classification for its arrival in movie theaters.
The first tape of the champion of magic, in 2019, was family-oriented, and the sequel seems not to be detached from that line, where humor and action will arrive in a balanced way in this new premiere of DC Comics.
The Motion Picture Association of America Ratings and Classification Administration announced that Shazam Fury of the Gods will be rated. PG-13arguing that this classification was given for the sequences of action and violence, as well as language.
The previous feature film of Shazam! It also had a similar classification, while in Mexico the General Directorate of Radio and Television, under the Ministry of the Interior, gave it a B classification, for adolescents and adults.
It should be noted that this classification is informative and not restrictive, so the film can be enjoyed by the whole family.
What will we see in Shazam! two?
The plot will follow Billy Batson (Asher Angel), and presumably his adoptive family, Freddy (Jack Dylan Grazer), Eugene (Ian Chen), Pedro (Jovan Armand), Darla (Faithe Herman) and Mary (Grace Fulton), now with the powers of the Gods of Olympus.
Shazam!: Fury of the God added in recent weeks Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu, actresses who will play the villains Hespera and Kalyps, the daughters of Atlas, who will be a headache for Shazam.
This tape will also have the incorporation of Sinbad and the singer of Colombian descent Rachel Zelger, whose roles have not been defined.
Directed by David F. Sandberg, Shazam! Fury of the Gods will hit theaters on March 17, 2023.
