We continue with the round of television news for the 2022/2023 season and after learning about the new fiction series from NBC, FOX and ABC lit’s time to meet the CBS. The chain has had its place within the Paramount Upfront, its parent company to comment on its new series.
Following the trend of its competitors, the network is also cautious with its news. It is also surprising that we do not have any comedy, at least for this fall. But let’s see what will come:
‘East New York’

Seeking redemption and a shortening of his sentence, a young convict (Thieriot) joins a firefighting program in his California hometown, where he and other inmates work alongside elite firefighters to extinguish the region’s huge fires. . The fiction is based on Thieriot’s own experiences.
‘So Help Me Todd’

Legal drama in which we find a talented private investigator, black sheep of his family, reluctantly agreeing to work for his mother, a successful lawyer recovering from the recent dissolution of her marriage.
‘True lies’

Inspired by ‘True Lies’ and with the support of James Cameron and McG in the production. Helen is a language teacher bored by her routine life who discovers that her apparently normal husband has an extraordinary double life. It will be then that she is recruited by an intelligence agency embarking on adventures around the world with her husband.

On the contest and reality show side, the network has announced the return of ‘Lingo’, presented by RuPaul, and the arrival of ‘Superfan’, a six-part musical contest and the dating show ‘The Real Love Boat’.

On the other hand, we say goodbye to the canceled ‘Magnum’, ‘B Positive’, ‘Bull’, ‘Good Sam’, ‘How We Roll’ and ‘United States of Al’.
