Although the investigations of this fatal mishap are ongoing, the father of the deceased young pilot has filed a homicide lawsuit against the driver of the truck with which his son collided.
A piece of news that impacted Mexican motorsports and the general public was the unfortunate death of the young driver Federico “Fico” Gutiérrez Hoppe, 17 years old, who lost his life in a car accident on the Toluca-Valle de Bravo highway, in the state of from Mexico.
According to information published in Processthe Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) has received a complaint for the crime of homicide against the 80-year-old driver who was driving the truck that was involved in this accident.
The elderly man who was driving the truck was identified as Patricio “N” and was accompanied by two women at the time of the accident, Beatriz “N” and Alma “N”. On his part, “Fico” had his brother Max as co-pilot.
Although the causes of the accident have not yet been determined or anyone responsible has been declared, various versions have emerged that describe what could have happened, but, out of respect for those involved, we will wait for the official version of the corresponding authorities.
