The death of the choreographer was announced by Televisa Espectáculos through a statement on Twitter. The company reported that Félix lost his life due to cardiac arrest at 7:20 p.m. on December 7.
The dancer would have fainted a few days ago, which is why he was admitted to an emergency. Unfortunately, he was unable to recover and passed away.
Felix began his career at a young age in New York, United States, and became part of Broadway, in the musical cats. In 1980, he arrived in Mexico and worked as a choreographer for bands such as Timbiriche and Fresas con Crema.
