The Hispanic entertainment world is in mourning after the death of the great conductor and actor was announced, Chabelo. Who ceased to exist at 88 years of age, and that has generated multiple condolences, but there was one in particular that stood out, that of Emilio Azcárraga.
Don Emilio is the owner not only of TelevisaUnivision, but also of Chabelo’s most beloved soccer team, the Águilas del América.
So after his death was announced, the famous businessman decided to give the comedian a distinction.
Since he used his social networks to say goodbye to the famous driver, since he worked for more than 40 years in the San Ángel company.

It was the message that Azcárraga wrote on his social networks to say goodbye to what is considered one of the greatest icons of Hispanic television.
Well, we cannot forget that his famous program “En familia con Chabelo” was one of the programs with the highest audience for more than 40 years for the famous Mexican chain that crossed borders.
Who was Chabelo?
The driver was born in Chicago, Illinois, on February 17, 1935. The son of Mexican parents from León, Guanajuato, he returned to Mexico after turning one year old.
But he had to return to his homeland to do his military service in San Diego, California, where he was very close to being drafted to go to the Korean War.
Later he returned to Mexico to study medicine at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, a profession that he even practiced for four years in a private clinic.
Despite the fact that he had these studies, he decided to try his luck in other areas, as he was even a cigar seller at the Hipódromo in Mexico City.
