Eduin Caz, vocalist of Grupo Firme, is once again in the eye of the hurricane and not precisely because of his talent, but because of the attacks that his security personnel had against some fans who came up to ask for a souvenir photograph.
According to the magazine TVNotes, the incident occurred after the followers of Grupo Firme showed an insistent attitude. The events were recorded on video and are already circulating on the internet, receiving negative comments.
According to witnesses, the fans from Grupo Firme were waiting outside the Televisa facilities to meet them. At that moment, two motorcycles approached the truck in which Eduin was traveling, which were driven by followers of the singer, who only asked for a photograph.
Upon realizing the situation, the singer’s security escort took action, getting out of the vehicle in which they were traveling and aggressively approaching those who were traveling on motorcycles.
Some say that they were closed in an effort to get closer to the truck. It was when the escorts stopped dead, got out of the truck and hit two of the motorcyclists without asking anything. It was very ugly how they were beaten, kicked, even when they did not put up any kind of resistance.
Witnesses pointed out that the people attacked by the group’s security usually try to take photos with group musicians, but they had never used that tactic or received that response.
