It’s not as long a tradition as other annual awards, but crunchyroll He has been betting on his own “Anime Awards” for a few years now, which celebrate the best thing that Japanese animation leaves us every year. The Titans are not missing again, nor ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba’ or ‘Cyberpunk: Edgerunners’, although ‘Spy x Family’ is the most nominated series of this edition with 19 nominations and is followed by ‘Ranking of Kings’ with 16.
Voting is open to the public until January 25 at 5:00 p.m., Pacific time. You can participate through the Crunchyroll website by voting for our favorite options once a day. At this point, the Crunchyroll Anime Awards become a fairly tight popularity contest, but previously a committee of experts has been in charge of selecting the main nominees for each category.
Now, if you miss this fall titles like ‘Chainsaw Man’, ‘Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury’ or ‘Bocchi the Rock!’ They have been left out, it has not been for any ugly to these series. This year’s nominations are based on releases from November 2021 to September 2022.so the releases from autumn onwards will be considered for the next edition.
