DC Comics and the entertainment world are in mourning. Actress Charlbi Dean died, who was part of the cast of Black Lightning, one of the series that make up the Arrowverse.

According to the TMZ portal, Charlbi Dean died of complications from a sudden illness, in a New York hospital.
Dean was born in South Africa on February 5, 1990. At the age of six he began his career in modeling, where at the age of 12 he signed his first contract, taking modeling as a career in a serious way.
With interests in acting, in 2021 Dean made the leap to film and television and was part of films such as Death Race: Inferno, Blood in the Water and the Elementary series.
In 2014, Charlbi Dean joined the cast of Black Lightning, where she played Syonide, the adopted daughter of villainous Tobias Whale. Syonide was also a professional assassin in the employ of her father.
After appearing in this series, Dean had greater opportunities in the cinema, highlighting Triangle of Sadness, his last film, which alternated with Woody Harrelson. This film will hit theaters in October.
