The 64-year-old singer Madonna spent three years of her life in a century-old mansion in the Hollywood Hills, for which she paid nearly $5,000,000 in 1993.
The property, which is of Spanish architectural style and is known as lake castlewas built in 1926 by the architect John DeLario to be inhabited by the oil tanker Patrick Longdenso it has great economic, but also historical value.
According to The Wall Street Journal, which was the outlet that broke the news, the historic residence was put on the market by the fashion designer Leon Max by $21,000,000 dollars and is distributed over several floors.
The residence, as far as we have been able to find out, has an extension of 10,513 square feetwith nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, with a white façade, tiled roofs, a kind of tower and spectacular interior decorations.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, library, office, central patio with fountain, elevator, cinema room, wine cellar, gym, laundry room, balconies, garage for eight vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 0.43 acresIt has a terrace, with extensive green areas, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with fountains, with sculptures, with fruit trees, with rose gardens, with a suite for guests, among other amenities.
As if all of the above were not enough, the views from this mansion are simply unbeatable. From there you can see the sign with the legend Holywood, Lake Hollywood and even the sea.
