The property, for which the producer also received $39,000,000 dollarswas his since 1994, when he bought it for $1,700,000 dollars.
Despite the very high figure he received for the residence, the protagonist of ‘Troya’ did not get the amount he expected and which amounted to $45,000,000 dollars.
The residence, located at hollywood hills and that until then belonged to Cassandra PetersonIt was built in 1910, so it has a lot of history.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house has an extension of 6,700 square feetwith a movie theater, a ballroom, a skate park, a garage for motorcycles, a koi pond, among other rooms and amenities.
Despite being a house that is over a century old, the residence looks like it did in its best days, as Brad was in charge of making some improvements and extensions.
