A few weeks ago we gave the unfortunate news: Warner can only afford to promote two feature films in the remainder of the 2022 film year. The first of them is ‘Don’t worry, dear’, whose promotional campaign is being the most intense drama of the year and, the second is the only superhero title to have survived the restructuring of the company’s calendar: the long-awaited ‘Black Adam’.
Power born of rage
Lest we forget that the premiere of the feature film centered on Shazam’s archenemy is just around the corner, DC Films and company have decided to release a new and spectacular trailer that starts with a copy-paste of a shot of ‘Man of Steel’, but that puts all the meat on the grill promising a show at the height of the champion.
On this occasion, in addition to being able to verify once again that the paper is going to Dwayne Johnson than even painted, we have been able to take a deeper look at the members of the Justice Society of America; including the Hawkman from aldis hodgeto Dr. Fate from Pierce Brosnanto the Atom Smasher of Noah Centineo and to the Cyclone of Quintess Swindell.
Captained by Jaume Collet-Serra and conceived with the promise under his arm that the film will drastically change the DC Universe and its hierarchy of power, ‘Black Adam’ will arrive in our theaters next October 21, 2022. I, for the moment, have considerable desire to get my hands on it.
