Ben Affleck He played Batman in several films produced by Warner Bros. and DC Studiosbut now the actor revealed that he has no interest in directing a movie about superheroes from those comics.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter Affleck was very firm in his decision, especially after his work on the 2017 film “justice league”in which the director zack snyder suddenly left the shooting, being replaced shortly after by Joss Whedon: “I would not direct something for him DC of James Gunn. Absolutely not. I have nothing against him. He’s a nice guy and I’m sure he’s going to do a great job… but I’m not interested in that. (“Justice league”) was the worst experience I’ve ever seen in a business that is full of s*** experiences. He broke my heart”.
In addition to this, at that time Ben drank excessively and missed his children a lot, so he decided not to participate in a project with that kind of pressure again. But his fans will be able to see him play the “Batman” for the last time in “The Flash”a film that will be released in the United States on June 16 and whose shooting concluded before it James Gunn take the reins of the studies DC.
