The first season of ‘Beastars’ fell in love, horrified and had fans in suspense in equal parts, but the second batch of episodes of the series has consolidated it as one of the most powerful original anime on Netflix.
Unfortunately, it’s one of those anime that take their time between seasons. And although we already know that there will be a final season to close the story, we still have to be patient and wait a long time until we can see it.
Closing season gathering the team
‘Beastars’ will have a third and final season to finish adapting the manga of Paru Itaki. Considering that the manga’s story already closed with the 22nd volume in 2020, it was to be expected that the anime would also come to an end sooner or later.

Netflix and Studio Orange have confirmed from Twitter that season 3 of ‘Beastars’ will be viewable on the platform, and that it will also return to the core creative team that has been working on the series since the beginning. The bad news is that the expected release window is 2024.
A tentative date or month has not been confirmed, so we have to wait until the end of 2024 to see it, especially considering that in Studio Orange they’ve been busier lately and right now they’re focused on ‘Trigun Stampede’
The third season of ‘Beastars’ will continue to adapt Itaki’s manga, with Shinichi Matsumi returning as director of the anime and Nanami Higuchi in charge of the script.
