Breast, thigh, thigh or wings: 13 recipes for chicken in sauce that are as easy as they are tasty
The first thing to do is place a tray in the oven, preheat it to 200ºC and separate the wings (if you want you can cut the tip of the wings to make chicken broth) but if you are one of the most they are complete.
Mix a teaspoon and a half of salt, a teaspoon of garlic powder and a half teaspoon of ground black pepper, and season the wings. Bake the wings for 50 minutes, turning them after 30 minutes so that they are well browned on both sides.
Secondly, mix in a bowl 50 g of Parmesan cheese, three very finely chopped cloves of garlic and two tablespoons of parsley, also very choppy. Melt 60 g of butter in the microwave and mix it with the rest of the ingredients mentioned above.
When they are very crispy, take the wings out of the oven and mix them with the Parmesan and the other ingredients and stir until they are all well seasoned with the sauce. And ready to serve, always hot, with a touch of parsley.
