Billboard Spirit of Hope and sang his response to the classic “El Rey” by José Alfredo Jiménez,
with “The Queen”. Spanish star Raphael was awarded the Billboard Artistic Career Award
and in his tribute he was accompanied by Pablo López and CNCO in a medley of his greatest hits,
including “My big night”, “Being in love”, “How I love you”, “What does nobody know”, and “Scandal”.
In addition, the award-winning artist surprised everyone with the world premiere of his new song “De tanta
people”.
In one of the most emotional segments, urban singer Nicky Jam received the Billboard Award
Hall of Fame from the hands of his father, Don José Riveraand performed the television premiere of his
hit “Sin Novia”, while José Feliciano was awarded the first Billboard Award

“Volví” won Tropical Song of the Year. Farruko swept his song “Pepas” which achieved four
awards including “Hot Latin Song” Song of the Year; Latin Rhythm Song of the Year; song of the
Year, Sales; and Song of the Year, Streaming. Karol G stood out among female artists with three
awards, including “Hot Latin Song” Vocal Collaboration of the Year for “Mamiii”, “Hot Latin Songs” Artist
of the Year, Female and “Top Latin Albums” Artist of the Year, Female.
