So far there have been no deaths or serious injuries, although, unfortunately, there was a lot of damage and flooding. In the images after the storm, different trees uprooted, damaged cars and even heavier vehicles overturned, different flooded roads and damage to structures can be seen.
For now, according to information from CNN, Super Typhoon Mawar was gaining strength as it moved away from Guam, reaching sustained winds of 265 km/h with gusts of up to 320 km/h, which is equivalent to a category 5 hurricane. But, fortunately , it is not expected to make landfall again, so it seems that it will end up weakening little by little.
