Alexander Speitzer He achieved fame thanks to important children’s projects such as ‘Sesame Street’, ‘Adventures in Time’, ‘Amy the Girl with the Blue Backpack’ and ‘SOS Mission’, all on TV, but also thanks to his participation in staging like ‘Vaseline’ and ‘Sleeping Beauty’.
His latest productions have been run by the production company Netflixsuch as ‘Dark desire’ in which he has a leading role and ‘Someone has to die’, in which he shared a scene with Esther Expósito.
He has also been singled out for his love life, such as the romance he had as actress Esther Expósito from 2019 to 2021. Currently, he is in a relationship with Shannon de Lima.
But this time the handsome actor did not give anything to talk about his love life. Alejandro Speitzer was recently invited to the podcast ‘The Magic of Chaos’, a project by Aislinn Derbez, where they showed that they are great friends who have had the opportunity to work on various projects together.
Within the dynamics of the program, Aislinn questioned the actor about how fame influenced his life, because he started working at a very young age. “How has fame affected you? Would you have preferred not to have it? Do you feel that the person you are today has affected you?” the actress questioned.
The actor assured that he is grateful for having lived all that and embraced every experience he lived: “Thanks to that I became a very responsible child, also because of the kind of family I grew up with, this gave me many tools to be who I am,” Speitzer said.
In the same way, he assured that he had a great time and all this thanks to the fact that his mother tried to make him live that normal part of childhood. He highlighted that despite the fact that she missed a lot of school, she had the opportunity to live the right experiences in her childhood.
“My mother the net raffled very hard ***; she did miss school a lot, but she had to apply myself and she helped me study and others; but she always took care of giving me like that worldI mean, I never lost that world and I think it’s very important for us not to shut ourselves up in what we’re suddenly experiencing that is outside of reality”, assured the protagonist of ‘Dark Desire’.
The host of “The Magic of Chaos” questioned the guest about his way of acting with his schoolmates, and he recognized that he experienced bullying for being an actor.
Both pointed out that the children saw “being an actor very bearish”, despite this, Alejandro assured that this kind of behavior is sometimes a reflection of things that live in his house and that he still feels that he did not need to live something else:
“Thanks to what I experienced, I learned from a very young age the responsibility of work, what things cost and that in the end built me as a person,” Alejandro said.
On the other hand, Alejandro assured that he has been able to keep his feet on the ground thanks to his mother, since her teachings helped him separate his professional life from his personal life, something that has led him to be very reserved with his life outside the forums and scenarios.
However, he is very aware that he must take things from those who come, because he knows that he cannot please everyone.
“Not everyone will have the same version of you and things are like that, I just try to do my best every day,” Alejandro pointed out.
Turning to deeper issues, the movie star declared having a “savior” complex, which he considers to be bad for him, since he cares too much about people and seeks to help them more than he should:
“You do it to help, but also to show something more to your ego, as if you could do things better, it has its downside.”
To which Aislinn reinforced that idea by recalling a talk with her therapist in which they talked about how she couldn’t stop feeling bad for a person, for which she gave everything to help her and then abandoned her. “The therapist told me: ‘Did that person ask you to do all that or was it you who wanted to give it?’ So I understood, he was doing it for me and I was able to put years of grudge behind me.”
