The Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz, 54, decided to have a change of scenery and stop living in the exclusive urbanization of La Country house, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spainwhere he rented a house after his surprise separation from Rachel Perera.
His new home, according to SEMANA magazine, is located in the community of we are watersabout 2.4 miles from his old residence, so he and his new girlfriend, Rachel Valdes, they will not leave the area completely, but they will have more privacy, space, something of their own, in addition to having as a neighbor Miguel Bose and other celebrities.
The residence in question, and modern in style, is a beautiful chalet of more than 21,500 square feet of construction to which they did various remodeling before moving to live there.
According to SEMANA, the property has several bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, gym, and most importantly: a recording studio and an art studio, so both can work in their respective disciplines without the need to leave home.
Outside, on his lot 0.5 acrethe property has a terrace, green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, among other amenities for the enjoyment of them and their guests.
