american singer Akon provoked the fury of a large number of Internet users by giving their opinion about the anti-Semitic comments expressed by the rappers Kanye West a few days ago, for which reason he later had to use his account Twitter to clarify the situation.
During an interview for skynews the driver informed Akon that Elon Musk I had blocked the account again Twitter of West, and questioned him about his support for the rappers after his recent statements: “I show my support for opinion and I believe that people will always have a specific opinion. And I think that by the time we get to the place where we close our minds to other people’s opinions, it doesn’t allow us to know ourselves better… to know our way of thinking better and, more than anything, to know our movements better. I think sometimes we prejudge people by the way we see things. And I think sometimes we should open our minds, let things flow and better understand the situation so we have a better solution for it.”
Soon the opinion of Akon generated controversy, for which he published in Twitter a message in which he did not apologize for his comments, but tried to make things clear: “I clearly disagree with Kanye West’s remarks. I am simply saying that everyone should have the right to their own opinion. It doesn’t mean we always agree.”
